Dr. Sandler obtained her doctorate in dental medicine in 1987 from the University of Pennsylvania, a world leading university that consistently ranks among the top 3 universities worldwide. She also taught at the pre-clinical and clinical levels during her last couple of years at Penn.
Dr, Sandler is married with two grown sons. When she is not busy taking care of her patients or furthering her dental education, she enjoys spending time with friends and family. She is an avid horseback rider in various disciplines and loves hanging out with her two horses, Titan and Tank as well as her two rescue Standard Poodles Pepper and Mrs. Barkley.
Dr. Kauffman, co-founder of Solana Family Dental, retired in 2018. She continues to live locally and devotes her time to catching up on her reading, home projects, and spending time with her friends and family. She is still a great source of support for the practice, providing her sage advice whenever necessary.
